Kohl's #255, located at 1135 Park City Center opened on September 15, 1996 , as the 5th and final anchor in the mall. Compared to the other spaces at the mall ( Sears , Bon-Ton, JCPenney, and Boscov's), this Kohl's is very small, only being one level (the rest are two). This location is one of about 150 Kohl's stores with a Lands' End mini-shop. The Sears next door also featured a Lands' End shop until the store closed in March 2019. Exterior entrance. ShopRite of Governors Place, located at 1101 Governors Place in Bear, DE opened in 2011 in a space formerly occupied by Thriftway, Genuardi's, and Safeway. It opened in the 1980s as a Thriftway, then in the 1990s, it was sold to Genuardi's (becoming store #30). In 2001 when Genuardi's was acquired by Safeway, it was re-bannered to a Safeway. ShopRite took over the lease in early 2011 and opened in the space later in 2011. There was also a Kmart (#4807) in the center which you can read about over on  Kmart Forever . On Tuesday, we checked out a CVS with the newest decor package, but today, we're going back about a decade to a store with the "Urban Store" decor package. This location is located at 551 Harrisburg Avenue,  right across from the F&M College main campus. It opened on July 31, 2011. This store features two entrances (one on the front and one on the back), and two checkout counters (although only one is used anymore). The exterior isn't like any other CVS, and it has an extremely high ceiling. It wasn't built as a CVS, but I'm unable to figure out what it was prior. A Google Maps screenshot from June 2011. CVS #4060, located at 2110 Spring Valley Road in Lancaster, Pennsylvania opened on August 22, 2010, with the rest of the new center (there was previously an Amelia's Grocery Outlet on the property, and that was rebuilt when the new center was built). Weis #55, located at 1603 Lincoln Highway East opened in the 1980s as a relocation of the store at 2092 Lincoln Highway East, which opened in the 1970s. Besides Aldi, this is the only grocery store in the area so it does pretty well. The façade was recently repainted and the store was given a facelift. The store as it appears today.
