The andThat! store in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Located in part of a (former) Kmart, this store has quite the history, which I'm going to share with you. As a quick backstory on the building (you can find a whole report with photos over on Kmart Forever), Kmart built a store in Rehoboth Beach in 1995. In the late 1990s, it was converted to a "Big Kmart", and it remained that way until 2017, when Kmart downsized. In Late 2017 / Early 2018, andThat! and PetSmart opened.
