ALDI #2676 Opened:  2018 Address:   223 Shoemaker Rd Photographed:  April 2022 For our first and only stop in Pottstown this time around (I think I covered almost everything last time), we have the Aldi located in the Pottstown Center Shopping Center. The space at 223 Shoemaker Rd Suite 123 started out in 1995 as a Weis Market, which replaced the store across the street which is now an Ollie's Bargain Outlet. The Weis closed on November 9, 2013. It sat vacant until 2017, when the building started preparations to become the second Aldi supermarket in Pottstown. It opened on July 12, 2018. LANDIS SUPERMARKET Opened:  2016 Address:   2190 E. High St Photographed:  April 2021 Landis Supermarket's Pottstown (Sanatoga) location opened on February 29, 2016, at 2190 E High Street in a space that was formerly occupied by Sanatoga Thriftway (which opened in 1998 and closed in 2015). That's about all I have, so please enjoy the following images. Lancaster - 1825 Columbia Ave Thrift Drug #6067 / Eckerd #XXXX / Rite Aid #111XX Opened in the 1970s as Thrift Drug?  Opened in 1996 as Eckerd Became Rite Aid in 2007 Closed in 2008      Likely due to Rite Aid #3620 down the street Now Tuesday Morning

Rite Aid #11166, located at 1140 Town Square Road in North Coventry, Pennsylvania originally opened in 2004 as a relocation of the store at the Coventry Mall. It became Rite Aid in 2007 with all the other Eckerd stores, and it received the new Rx Revolution signage on the exterior in 2020. The store with the new signage. It looks nice, but I still think it looks better on a Customer World-era Curved store.
