RITE AID #4611 Opened:  1997 Address:   5040 City Line Ave Photographed:  July 2021 Rite Aid #4611, located at 5040 City Line Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania opened in 1997 with the company's prototype of the time. It competes with the CVS across City Line Ave, which opened in 2011. The exterior was remodeled around 2015, and again in 2021. View of the store as of July 11. The repainting of the building is complete and all that still needs to be replaced is the signage. (However, by the time this is being posted, it's probably already been changed) The appearance of the store before the 2021 repaint (Google Maps Streetview) May 2014 Bing Maps Streetside. The Flagship Wawa - Wawa #8131 - Philadelphia, PA

WAWA #8131 Opened:  2018 Address:   6th St & Chestnut St Photographed:  July 2021 Wawa's flagship 11,500 square foot store, at the intersection of 6th and Chestnut streets near Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania opened its doors on Friday, December 14, 2018, after a preview on Wednesday, December 12. As Stephanie Farr, a writer for The Philadelphia Inquirer describes the store's seating area: "The new store is so classy that the guys who use the top of Wawa trash cans as lunch tables might have to rethink their decisions, especially since this store has tables and chairs." Some unique features of this store include: Living walls of greenery behind the counters. Two murals of "Philly Firsts." Three seating areas. A wall of light above the soda machines, including over 500 Coca-Cola bottles. One of the two "Philly Firsts" murals found in the store.
