Rite Aid #4611, located at 5040 City Line Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania opened in 1997 with the company's prototype of the time. It competes with the CVS across City Line Ave, which opened in 2011. The exterior was remodeled around 2015, and again in 2021.
