For the first of our two Harrisburg posts this time around, we have a typical CVS in Camp Hill, Lower Allen Township.
Lower Allen's original CVS was located at 1104 Carlisle Rd. It was formerly an ACME supermarket in the 1960s, as well as a Rea & Derick drugstore, which opened on January 1, 1972, and became a CVS in 1991. CVS opened a new store at 1116 Carlisle Road on October 8, 2001, leaving the old store to become a Dollar General.
