Weis's Ephrata store, #79, at 331 N Reading Rd, opened in the late 1970s with the prototype of the time. The brown canopy was later repainted green, and the entire storefront was remodeled in the mid-2000s. This is one of the three Lancaster-area stores with a Weis Gas N' Go, with the others being in Willow Street and along Stony Battery Road in Lancaster.
