Rite Aid #4684, located at 825 E. Chestnut Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania opened its doors on July 7, 1997, as the chain's second store in downtown Lancaster. The exterior was repainted from blue to brown in 2013, and again to gray in 2020/2021.

    Looking closely through the doors, it appears to have a Wellness (Wellbeing) Welcome sign, indicating the paint job was part of a Wellbeing update. Looking at earlier images, there were "Wellness by Rite Aid" signs in the windows.

      I was in there like a month ago, they appear to be entirely Wellbeing now.
