CVS #1671, located at 1507 Lititz Pike in Lancaster, Pennsylvania originally opened in 1964 (?) as an ACME Market. Closed in 1982 with the rest of the Lancaster ACME stores. Became Rea & Derick on 02/20/1983. Became CVS in 1991. This location received new exterior signage and an interior remodel in 2019. This is the only 24-hour CVS in the Lancaster area.

The store while it still featured the older "CVS / Pharmacy" signage (Google Earth) |

There aren't any ACME clues on the inside (CVS has entirely remodeled it), but plenty to be seen on the outside. |

I'm unsure what this is, but it's likely a COVID-19 testing or vaccine center, as it's relatively new and was just added in the past year. |
