Glimpse: ACME #2679 - Rehoboth Beach, DE
ACME #2679, located at 18578 Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware opened in November 2015 in a space formerly occupied by A&P-owned Super Fresh, which opened in March 1999. The store continues to coexist with an Albertson's-owned Safeway down the road, which opened in November 2005. This is a rare case, as in Wilmington, DE a Safeway closed in favor of an ACME, and in Dover, DE an ACME closed in favor of a Safeway.
