Aldi #1918, located at 2350 Lincoln Highway East, in the Mill Creek shopping center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania opened on September 18, 2014, as the German discount grocer's second Lancaster County store (there are now four, which are located in Ephrata, Rohrerstown, and two in Lancaster). CVS #1665, located at 129 Doe Run Road in Manheim, Pennsylvania originally opened on December 1, 1984, as a Rea & Derick. It was converted to CVS in 1991, with CVS opening a new store at the end of the center in the early 2000s. As of June 2021; it continues to feature the "CVS/Pharmacy" signage on the exterior, not the newer heart logo (which many other stores with this exterior design have already upgraded to), as well as the "Expect Something Extra" decor package, making it one of the least (if not the least) updated stores in the Lancaster area. Giant #6029, located at 550 Centerville Road in Centerville, Pennsylvania opened in 1983 as part of the Centerville Square shopping center and one of the first stores in the Lancaster area. In 2011, a gas station was constructed 0.6 miles (about 3 minutes) down the road from this store on the site of a former car wash.
