CVS #1665, located at 129 Doe Run Road in Manheim, Pennsylvania originally opened on December 1, 1984, as a Rea & Derick. It was converted to CVS in 1991, with CVS opening a new store at the end of the center in the early 2000s. As of June 2021; it continues to feature the "CVS/Pharmacy" signage on the exterior, not the newer heart logo (which many other stores with this exterior design have already upgraded to), as well as the "Expect Something Extra" decor package, making it one of the least (if not the least) updated stores in the Lancaster area. Giant #6029, located at 550 Centerville Road in Centerville, Pennsylvania opened in 1983 as part of the Centerville Square shopping center and one of the first stores in the Lancaster area. In 2011, a gas station was constructed 0.6 miles (about 3 minutes) down the road from this store on the site of a former car wash. CVS #540, located at 400 E. Pratt Street in Baltimore, Maryland originally opened at 31 Light Street on June 27, 1995, as one of the first CVS stores in Baltimore. In 2014, the store was relocated to its current address along East Pratt Street, where it's been located ever since. Giant #6484, located at 1605 Lititz Pike in Lancaster, Pennsylvania was formerly a Pantry Pride, which I think opened in the 1960s(?) and faced competition from an ACME down the road. Sold to Giant in 1981, Giant demolished and rebuilt the store in 2010. In 2020, a Giant Direct delivery hub was added to the back of the store.
