Giant opened its 45,000 sq. foot New Hampshire Avenue supermarket between 1957 and 1963 under the chain's Super Giant banner. When the Super Giant banner was discontinued, the exterior logo was updated. The logo was updated again in the early 2010s to the current Giant-Landover logo. This is a typical Dollar Tree. Concrete floors, Unbranded products, and everything's $1.00. I'm unsure of when it opened (It's a dollar store. Newspapers aren't really going to write articles about it.). It was expanded in early 2021. *cough* "Everything's $1.00" *cough* If you're reading this, you know what happened. Giant Food Store #6463, located at 173 Holly Road in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania opened in 2010 across the street from a Redner's , which we covered back in March. Chuck E Cheeses' Lancaster location, at 2074 Fruitville Pike in Lancaster, Pennsylvania opened in the Mid-1990s with the center. It closed in early 2020 (likely due to the pandemic). In late 2020, Five Below announced that they'd relocate from across the center to the space.
